ERP for Textile Industry project

 


The project mainly focuses on recording information related to Employee details, Salary details, Attendance detail etc. generating pay slips of an employee, generating salary statements of the employee which include calculation of Human Resource Allowances(HRA), Dearness Allowance(DA), payables, gross pay, deduction to be made and the net amount payable.

In production side to be contains information like Order Processing, Quality Control, Dispatch and Bill generation.

Bank locker security system

 


The main goal of this is to design and implement a bank locker security system based on GSM technology which can be organized in bank, secured offices and homes. In this system only authentic person can be recovered money or gold from bank locker. 

We have implemented a bank locker security system based on GSM technology containing door locking system using GSM which can activate, authenticate, and validate the user and unlock the door in real time for bank locker secure access.

Wireless advertising project

 


Wireless advertising refers to advertising and marketing activities that deliver advertisements to mobile devices using wireless network and mobile advertising solutions to promote the sales of goods and services, or build brand awareness.GSM network is widely used today whether it is for calling or SMS. 

Also some of the places needs urgent notices like in college, railway stations, share-market & this notice should be in real-time , so we need a real-time notice.This project is our experiment to give a start to the era of real-time noticing. 

This project is about writing the message which is to be displayed in mobile and send it as SMS to other side. This received message is fetched into Microcontroller and after authentication it is displayed automatically on LCD screen in real-time using timer.

LPG gas leakage detector




 ABSTRACT 

The presence of dangerous LPG leakage in the cars, service station or in the storage tank environment can be detected using the Ideal Gas Sensor. 

This LPG gas leakage detector unit can be easily integrated into a unit that can sound an alarm or give a visual suggestion of the LPG concentration.


 The sensor has both admirable sensitivity and rapid response time. This sensor can also be used to sense other gases like iso-butane, propane, LNG and even cigarette smoke. The output of the sensor goes LOW as soon as the LPG sensor senses any gas leakage from the storage.

 This is detected by the microcontroller and the LED & buzzer is turned ON. After the delay of few milliseconds, the exhaust fan is also turned ON for throwing the gas out and it continues sending message as ‘GAS LEAKAGE’ to a mobile number which is pre-defined.

Automated Batching system

 


In the contemporary world, we require an automated system which facilitates safety, accuracy, efficiency and speed in many industries. In my project I have taken food industry in particular where I am showing the preparation process of FLAVORED YOGHURT.


 It has 3 main ingredients-curd, flavors and preservatives which are mixed together in a batch. An automatic batching system is any system where an input is provided and a PLC carries out a process that produces an output which is displayed through HMI as a GUI.


 In the modern era automation has an over-shadowed manual work and is booming rapidly. Automation leads to time saving and also reduces man power. By automation we can also reduce the manual work and increase the accuracy. 


In certain industrial processes there is always need of mixing the liquids with required quantity. So we decided to make PLC controlled system which is able to solve this problem automatically. 


In order to solve this project, we have used Programmable Logic Controller, Human Machine Interface, Solenoid Valve, Float Switch and Bins which contains liquids. After selecting the input from HMI, PLC generates counts according to given input. 


Then PLC sends these signals to the solenoid valve through the switching circuit. So liquid starts flowing through solenoid valve which will be collected in the bucket and mixed.

College alumni web site





 The following report contains information related to the development of alumni web site. 

The main aim of the project is to develop a web based application that is going to make it possible for the former students of College to keep in touch with each other and that will substitute the manual system of the alumni office with an automated one.

 First of all, the tasks that need to be completed are stated. There is a separate chapter where each task that was identified as necessary in order to successfully develop the alumni web site of College is presented and described in detail. 

After each phase of the software development life cycle will be explained, the created system will be evaluated together with the software development process that was applied in order to implement the web site.

Employee Payroll and Attendance Management





 Main aim of developing Employee Payroll and Attendance Management is to provide an easy way not only to automate all functionalities involved managing Attendance, leaves and Payroll of the employees of Company/organization, but also to provide full functional reports to management of Company with all the details. We are committed to bring the best way of management in the various forms of EPAM.

 We understand that EPAM in not a product to be sold, it is a tool to manage the inner operation of Company related to employee leave and Payroll. The Project is based on the salary activity for each company staff depending on their attendance. The first activity is based on saving the employees details.

 The Administrator only has the authority to enter the number of leaves available for leave type and for each employee. Whenever an employee wishes to take a leave, he is supposed to fill leave application/form. As soon as this is done, he has to select the leave type like casual leave, sick leave , planned leave etc. 


Depending on the leave type the number of leaves available, availed and applied will be shown. The employee is supposed to enter the no of leaves he needed and it will be saved in the database. In the meanwhile, the no of leaves available will be deducted depending on the no of days he wished to take a leave. Also if that leave includes holidays so in that case holiday will be deducted, based on the no of days an employee attended, salary will be calculated and a separate salary slip will be Generated and converted to pdf form for the print.

 Administrator has the authority to add employee details. And he also has the right to edit or delete employee information also if any changes required by the company/organization can be done administrator. Administrator has authority to grant leave and mispunch Entry applied by the employee. And also to generate Payroll using software.

Solution Manager for ERP System




 Enterprises are increasingly using ERP systems in all areas of their business activity to improve their business processes. 


ERP systems aim at providing an integrated solution to the management of resources of the enterprise. These systems aspire to support all tasks required to achieve operational goals of the enterprise. ERP systems are enterprise-level systems that allow an organization to function more effectively.


 ERP-based information creates unprecedented opportunities to streamline work processes, improve customer service, evaluate operational issues, identify strategic opportunities and make better-informed business decisions. This paper specializes in creating an application that enables end users to raise a support for any flow in the ERP system they are using.


 It should then be assigned to responsible IT personal and also should be resolved within specified time. “Solution Manager for ERP System” basically gives a platform for the customers to raise or generate tickets regarding their issues with the product or software, which is resolved by the support team within specified time limit.

EVENT MANAGEMENT PROJECT

 



The event manager is an application that deals with calendar not directly and manages the events. In this application we can not only manages the events and set alarm for it but also helps the user with various other features like helping the user to find travel path..and also user share their events by message or email to other person.

Electronic voting machine





 Electronic voting machine has now replaced the traditional mechanism of voting due to several advantages like security, automatic counting etc. This project presents a way to develop an electronic voting machine which displays the count of votes on a LCD.


 A user can get his/her vote register through a set of switches (one for each candidate). After every cast of vote, the subsequent count can be seen on LCD. 


The circuit uses fingerprint module for verification of user, microcontroller, GSM for sending count of votes to offices.

CATCH AND PLACE CRANE CONTROL THROUGH CELLPHONE



Mobile phones today become an essential entity for one and all and so, for any mobile based application there is great reception. In this scenario making a mobile phone operated crane is a good idea.


 Conventionally, wireless-controlled crane use RF circuits, which have the drawbacks of limited working range, limited frequency range and limited control. Use of a mobile phone for robotic control can overcome these limitations.


 It provides the advantages of robust control, working range as large as the coverage area of service provider. 


No fear of interfering with other controllers and we can have as much as 12 controls. Although the appearance and capabilities of crane vary vastly, all robots share the features of a mechanical, movable structure under some form of control. 


The control of crane involves three distinct phases: perception, processing and action. Generally, the processing is done by the on-board micro controller  and the task (action) is performed using motors or with some other actuators.



Automatic Water filling system using Microcontroller




This project is discussed about the design and implementation of automatic Water filling system using Microcontroller (8051). 


This System is suitable for multi-storey building that requires large amount of water for various purposes such as drinking water, washing clothes and many more thus the tank gets empty many a times in a single day.


This is a system where a set amount of water level is maintained and as soon as the level is decreased the Machine starts to fill water automatically into tank through a Motor. 


So in this system, the tank that will be filled with this water will be marked or (levelled) With 3 Sensor where each Sensor will sense different level of water. The Objective of this project is to be applied in water industries and to Automate the water filling process which can save time and cost. 


This project is the Combination of Relay, LCD, and electrical DC motor system. This project is divided into 3sections; the LCD display section, the Buzzing section, Automatic ON/OFF of motor via Relay and filling of tank section, where the whole sections is controlled by Microcontroller.

This project is about to design and develop a PC based control for home automation via Microsoft visual studio 6.0 (VB.NET 2010). This design will able to control electrical devices in the home. 

This design will use a home computer to communicate with a panel board through the parallel port that interface to devices and allow the user to manage these devices manually or automatically. Manual operation will be through a graphical user interface on computer that will allow the user to select a device and then change its state whether on or off. 

 automatically operation will allow the action to perform based on a user required entered into the software on the computer. A relay circuit board will be used to interface between electrical device and vb.net and the output from vb.net will be transmitted via parallel port DB9 to the relay circuit. 

The circuit will activate the relay . Moreover, visual studio programming that writes is more flexible to make it user-friendly and the graphics are more interesting . The significant of this project will help user to control electrical applications automatically.

Definition: Create an online tool that can manage advertisements, with efficient and ease of use manner. Well managed billing and order management systems. 

Purpose Sridhar enterprise is a marketing and advertising agency with offline domain. With increasing web traffic Sridhar enterprise took opportunity to step in online advertising along with traditional offline advertising. 

Description ::;With this web application first customer who seeks to advertise should provide his details, its business category and affordable advertisement plan. Automatic billing is done. And renewal notifications are sent. Also seeker gets daily report of its ad performance. Person who display the ads, require submitting its website, its category and number of ads it can accommodate. 

Monthly Automatic paycheck will be generated per click of ad on its website. Admin can manage accounts seeker and provider of ads, can monitor all click activities and manage master data.     

 

LABORATARY SECURITY MONITORING SYSTEM




Since the beginning of modern science, alcohol, fire and its co component smoke possess a greater threat to the laboratory and even homes. The traditional manual data monitoring and management which has low efficiency is still used in many industries as well as homes. 

This idea focuses the design of the laboratory remote monitoring, which achieves the real time monitoring and gives the automatic voice alarm and alert message to the remote area or host area by using wireless network technology. 


This work is designed using P89V51RD2 microcontroller and focuses on sensing the existence of the critical parameters and issuing the alarm if those parameters were sensed and sending the information to the authenticated person.
